Benjamin L. Watts

September 15, 1953 — March 2, 2022

In the early hours of March 2, 2022, Benjamin L. Watts passed away at home surrounded by those he loved. Benjamin, Bennie to those who knew him best, was born to Benjamin F. Watts & Annabelle (Wood) Watts on September 15, 1953. He lived in Grants Pass, Oregon all his life where he attended school, much of his schooling being the school of hard knocks. Bennie worked for his father who owned a trucking company & he would later go on to buy his very own log truck. He was a gypo logger most of his life and loved every minute of it. There wasn't a piece of equipment he didn't like & couldn't run. Benjamin was a hot rod, truck, and outdoor enthusiast. Bennie is preceded in death by his mother Annabelle (Wood) Watts, sister Yvonne Marie Watts, & brother Fredrick Edward Watts. He is survived by his father, Benjamin F. Watts, Step-mother Mary Jean Watts, sons Benjamin Lynn Buer, Benjamin Lynn Watts, & Jeffery Dwayne Watts, sister Teresa Moak with husband Tim, step-sisters Ginger Bowne and Teresa Hyd, step-brother Max Stone, special friend Tonya Hawk, his five grandchildren, Ethan, Wyatt, Bodhi, Mickey, Madison, & his many nieces and nephews. Donations in honor of Benjamin made to the Provolt Community Church are greatly appreciated. There will be a graveside service in memory of Bennie at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 11, 2022. The service will be held at Sparlin Cemetery in Williams, Oregon.
