Bonita Pivar

Bonita Jean Pivar, 81, or Grants Pass, OR passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022 in her home.

Bonita was born on July 23, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Harry and Leona Duben. She later married Richard Pivar and together raised four children.

Bonita was a nurse for over 35 years and enjoyed sewing, horses, gardening, shopping, gambling, and was a huge sports fan - Especially the Oregon Ducks.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Pivar, and her son, Richard J. Pivar.

Bonita is survived by her two daughters; Bonnie Pivar and Vicky Wells, son, Victor Pivar, grandchildren; Christina Pivar Wallace, Ashley Pivar, Carson Wells, and Easton Wells, great-grandchildren; Korbin Wallace, HaizLee Barnes, and Marley Barnes, and her sister-In-law Georgianna Arnett.

A memorial service will be held at Stephens Family Chapel on Thursday, August 11 at 4:00 PM.
