Charles Homer Bumgardner

Charles Homer Bumgardner, 81, of Grants Pass, OR, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

Charles was born February 28, 1940 in Cawood, KY to Paul and Roxy Bumgardner. He accomplished much in his long life. He was married to his wife, Judy, for over 45 years, and together they raised their children. He also held various positions in the community such as painting for the county school district and volunteered 20 years to the Grants Pass Rural Fire Department. For employment, Charles owned a plumbing company long ago, but more recently he has worked for KOBI as a stringer, then at Options for Southern Oregon and finally he owned JC Treasures in Grants Pass.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jackie Bumgarnder who unfortunately passed away at the age of 9 months November of 1968.

Charles is survived by his wife of 45 years Judy Bumgardner, his children; Charles "Chip" Bumgardner Jr, Michael Bumgardner, Shane Branham, Danny Rosenbaum, and Tami Rosenbaum; his grandchildren; Tyler, Brian, Isaiah, Nikki, Brandon, Rebekah, Josh, Luke, Kimberly, and Madison "Madi"; and great-grandchildren; Samantha, Amanda, Max, Bella, Dax, Tony, Jaxon, and Achilles.

Services for Charles Bumgardner will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 2PM at Calvary Chapel, 269 W. Harbeck Road, Grants Pass, OR.
