Delmer Werden Wagner was born to Edward and Esther May Wagner, November 25, 1931 in Glendale, California. Delmer died on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at "Home on the Rogue" in Grants Pass, OR.
A memorial service will be held on January 6, 2019 at the Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1360 N.E. 9th St. Grants Pass, OR at 2:00 PM.
Delmer grew up on Sykes Creek out of Rogue River, OR. Following graduation at Walla Walla College, Delmer taught math at Lane Community College in Eugene, OR. He then went into business for himself by founding Wagner Meters.
Delmer also was the founder of Better Life Television headquartered in Grants Pass Oregon. Better Life Television has grown to the point where it has significant coverage on much of the west coast of the United States.
Delmer is survived by his wife, Evelyn, his children-Ed Wagner and Judy Blair, five grandchildren Eric Wagner, Chris Wagner, Shelley Lanier, Jeremy Blair, and Megan Blair. He has 2 Great-grandchildren-Katelyn Lanier, and Amelia Wagner. He is also survived by his sister, Elaine Johnson and many nieces and nephews.
