Ethelyn Theo Goodwin, 91, of Gold Hill died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008, at Three Rivers Community Hospital. No services are planned. Goodwin was born Aug. 24, 1916, in Sanford, Maine, to Parker and Alice Tebbetts. On Dec. 8, 1934, in Sanford, she married Robert Gerald Goodwin, who died before her. They moved to Gold Hill in 1991. She enjoyed reading and socializing in Rogue River. Survivors include a daughter, Theo McDonald of Gold Hill; two sons, Norman and Robert Goodwin, both of California; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Two sons, Theodore and Thomas “Butch†Goodwin, died before her.
