Long- time resident of Grants Pass Jacqueline (Jackie) Grinolds passed away peacefully on Friday Oct 22, 2021 surrounded by family.
Jackie was born Nov 19, 1931 in Los Angeles California to Cecil and Queenetta
Bussey. Jackie's greatest love was spending time with her family. In her younger years, Jackie was a hair stylist and later worked with pre-school children in daycares throughout the valley. Jackie had a huge heart and was always generous with her giving, especially in support of children. Jackie and her husband Wayne enjoyed traveling and did so extensively during their retirement years, until his passing.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Grinolds, her parents Cecil and Queenetta Bussey and her three sisters Lois, June and Barbara.
Jackie is survived by her children Mike (Kathe) Rees, Kim (Jack) Ingvaldson and Tina (Dennis) Phillips; six grandchildren, John, Tonya, Kristy, Lindsey, Mike and Courtney and nine great-grandchildren. All of whom she adored and loved to spend her time with. Jackie also loved the Lord and in earlier years held a youth group bible study at her home.
A private celebration of life will be held by the family later in November. In keeping with Jackie's love of children and her generous heart, the family has chosen for any donation in her memory to be sent to two organizations they know Jackie would be thrilled to support.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to either of these two organizations:
Hearts with a Mission at (heartswithamission.org ) website.
Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital at (stjude.org ) website.
