Karen Lynne Eaton

March 23, 1941 — January 27, 2020

Karen Lynne Eaton was born

March 23, 2941, in Billings, Montana, to Harold and Gertrude Morrison. She died peacefully on
Monday, January 27, 2020, in Grants Pass, Oregon. Karen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. While raising her children, she remained a homemaker, very involved with little league base- ball, Girl Scouts, youth football, cheerleading and school activities. When her children were older, she worked as a secretary for 19 years in Ventura, California, before retiring and heading to Oregon. She loved remodeling and decorating her home, gardening, quilting, painting, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones. One of her favorite pastimes was rocking on her front porch with long-time companion, Richard Beard, listening to the birds, the wind in the trees, and the sound of the water in her creek. Karen was preceded in death
by her parents, Harold and Gertrude. She is survived by her children, Cheryl Kanatzar with husband, Bill, Bradley Eaton Jr. with wife, Meli, and Alison Eaton; stepchildren, Deborah Grant, Tamra Hatter, and Cathy Vitale; her sister, Darlene Beard; and numerous loving grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She will be dearly missed. A small graveside service will be held at the Wilderville Cemetery on Friday, February 7, 2020, at 4 p.m.
