Leroy Stanley "Stan" Hushbeck

Leroy Stanley "Stan" Hushbeck, 86, of Grants Pass, OR, passed away, with his loving wife by his side, on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Kinsington at Redwood Park Residential Care Facility.

Stan was an avid golfer, student, and lover of the game. He attended Western Oregon University and obtained his Master's Degree from Portland State University. His entire career was in the educational field and he served two years in the US Army.

He was extremely loved by his family. He adored his three daughters, Carolyn, Terri, and Lani; his step-children, Sue and Greg; and his 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Stan and his wife, Dee, enjoyed traveling and playing golf courses nearly everywhere they went. They just recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary, but enjoyed 50 years together.

Stan was a long-time member of the Grants Pass Golf Club.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Mildred, and his brother, Ralph. He is survived by his wife, Dee, and sister, Carollee.

He will be forever missed by his friends and family.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
