Leroy L Lamb

Leroy L. Lamb 87 of Grants Pass went to be with the Lord at age 87, on Monday August 21, 2017. Mr. Lamb was proceeded in death by his wife of 42 years Millie in 2001. Also proceeded in death by numerous siblings and two grandchildren and his mother, Opal Manley who was 100 at the time of her death. Mr. Lamb was happiest when talking about the Lord and socializing with fellow church members in bible study before giving up driving a few years ago. His happiness was with family and his many friends in his apartment complex, where he always spread smiles and happiness. He had been recuperating from a heart attack in November of last year. He was ready to go to the Lord and voiced it often, so he could go see ‘mama' as he always called his wife. He is survived by his daughter Pat Melega of Grants Pass, his grandchildren, Eddie Burnett, Tina Burnett and Michael Melega all of Grants Pass as well as numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren of Grants Pass and San Diego, California. The family would like to thank the many people who had been there for him for years of friendship and during his recent recovery and those who were there for us in the last few days.
