Lota Mae Catania

Lota Mae Catania, 40, born to Patricia Rae Catania in San Jose, California and a resident of Gold Hill and Grants Pass, Oregon for almost 20 years, passed away July 12, 2021, in Grants Pass from undetermined natural causes.

She surpasses her mother's death by 2 months. She leaves behind her only child, her son, Hunter Joseph Catania. He was the center of her world and the light in her life. When Lota smiled she lit up the room, she was a ray of sunshine in our lives, she will be forever missed.

She also leaves aunties, Christine Catania, Barbra Catania, Rosemary Catania Lachina; uncle, Joseph Catania; her fiance Joe Verner; multiple 1st cousins, Roseann (Gene) Bowman, Effie (Jerry) Saguindel, Gary Langone, Salvatore Lacina III, and Todd (Gina) Capurso. She will also be missed by the many 2nd and 3rd cousins and friends she had here in Oregon.

RIP sweet Lota Mae, in our hearts forever.
