Michael Doyle Perkins

     Michael Doyle Perkins, age 66, passed away at his home on November 1st 2026. Mike was

born in Grants Pass on January 3rd, 1960 to Marge and Doyle Perkins who preceded him in

death. He was the youngest of four children. He is survived by his sisters Meg Myers and Sally

Lawson. He was preceded in death by his sister Dallas Lange. He loved Grants Pass and was a

proud graduate of Grants Pass High School. He enjoyed collecting Grants Pass Memorabilia.

     Mike will be remembered for his generosity and love for his family and community. He worked at

the Josephine County Fairgrounds for 32 years. After retirement from the Fairgrounds he

worked at Allcare Health for seven years. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and antique

collector. He enjoyed reading western novels and expanding his knowledge of history.

     He is survived by his wife Cindy Perkins, Children Michelle Perkins, Evan Perkins, Emily Hulin

and Molly Porter. He has four grandchildren Hailey Ablott, Aubrey Ketelsen, Liam Paul and

Jackson Porter.

     Mike's family invites his friends and family to attend his Celebration of Life, which will be held at

4:00 pm Saturday, November 14th at the Josephine County Fairgrounds, in the Friends (Art)

Building.
