Nicholas Boges

Nicholas Boges, a beloved brother, successful contractor, and passionate sports enthusiast, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2023, at the age of 67. Born on May 27, 1956, in Cambridge, MA, Nicholas was the son of the late Charles and Chrisanthe Boges.

Nicholas, or Nick as he was known to his friends and family, was a man of great drive and dedication. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bentley College, he ventured west, settling in the picturesque town of Grants Pass, Oregon, in 1981. Here, he established his own construction company, Nick Boges Construction, in 1987. His expertise and commitment to excellence earned him a respected reputation in the residential construction industry.

Known for his meticulous nature, Nick ensured that everything he undertook was done with utmost care and attention, including the maintenance of his cherished maroon 1995 Toyota pickup. He was also known for his passion for muscle cars, once owning a 1970 Dodge Challenger that he kept in mint condition and took to car shows.

In his free time, Nick enjoyed exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Oregon through hiking adventures. He found solace and inspiration in nature, which fueled his creative spirit and brought him a sense of tranquility. An avid sports enthusiast, his weekends were often spent cheering on his favorite football teams or engaging in friendly banter about the latest game with his friends and family.

Nick is survived by his loving brother, Mathew Boges of Grants Pass, along with many cousins both locally and in Massachusetts. He will be fondly remembered for his unwavering dedication to his craft, and his zest for life

The family invites relatives and friends to Stephens Family Chapel in Grants Pass on November 25, 2023, for a Funeral Service that will commence at 10:00 a Committal Service will follow at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens, Grants Pass, Oregon.

Nicholas Boges will forever be remembered as a dedicated professional, a loving brother, and a passionate soul who brought joy and laughter to all those around him. May he rest in eternal peace.
