Rachael Michelle Behnke

Rachael Michelle Behnke August 6, 1982 - December 23, 2021

Rachael began her life at Priest Lake, Idaho where she enjoyed swimming, volleyball, music, riding horses, drawing and spending time with her brothers, parents and her extended family. She would make friends here to last a lifetime. In her teen years her family joined the wonderful community of Grants Pass, Oregon where she attended Grants Pass High School.

Some years later Rachael met the father of her children, Nemesio Dominguez. They traveled to Mexico City and lived there with his family for a brief period before returning to Grants Pass. Rachael worked in commercial insurance when she wasn't working as a stay-at-home mother. Her boys were at the center of her heart.

Rachael was 39 when she lost her life. She loved the Lord and was a caring friend. She is survived by her 4 beloved children Anthony (11), Jonathan (7), Alexander (5), and Ethan (3) as well as their father, Nemesio.

Besides her children she is survived by her loving parents Carol (Ed) and Rush (Paxia), her brothers Shawn (Paula), Kevin (Priscilla), Rush Jr. (Ellie), Justin and her sister Heather (Andrew). She was also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and many caring friends.

Friends and family are invited to her service at Pursuit Church of the Nazarene, 922 W. Herbeck Rd., Grants Pass, OR 97527. The service will begin at 11 am. There will be a livestream from the church's Facabook page "Pursuit Church of the Nazarene" beginning at 10:45 am.
