Richard S Johnson

Richard passed away on Sunday October 15, 2023 in Medford, Or

Richard, fondly known as Dick, was born to Wesley and Della Johnson on March 21, in Sacramento, Ca.  He grew up in Rio Linda, Ca and graduated from Grant High School in Sacramento.  Dick married the love of his life Wanda in 1948.  They had two sons, Rick and Randy.  Dick had a long career as a printer in Sacramento.

Dick had a love for old cars, especially Model T and Model A cars.  Dick and his family enjoyed touring in the old cars.  Dick and Wanda were charter members of the Mother Lode Model T club for 53 years and members of the Auburn A’s and the Horseless Carriage Club of America.

Dick and his wife Wanda moved from Rio Linda, Ca to Weimar, Ca in 1990.  In 2019 they moved to Rogue River, Or.  Dick lived a full life working in his workshop, walking everyday and watching his favorite westerns.

He was preceded in death by his wife Wanda on October 7, 2021. He is survived by his two sons Rick (Diane), Rogue River, Or and Randy (Helen) Lincoln, Ca along with five grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
