Victoria Leona Ridge

Victoria Leona Ridge, 87, of Grants Pass, OR, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021, at her home.

Victoria was born in San Francisco, CA, on October 11, 1933, to Charles and Marie Muscat. Growing up in the bay area she often walked in the beautiful Golden Gate Park and lived in the mission district as well as the 'Avenues'. It was in San Francisco that she also married the love of her life, Donald R. Ridge. She was a Records Clerk for Bank of America until 1997 when she retired moving to Grants Pass to help raise her twin granddaughters.

In Grants Pass, Victoria attended Parkway Christian Center and enjoyed watching her grandchildren's performances and plays there as well as participating in the Christmas tea parties. She also enjoyed Barnstormers performances and another favorite was the Old Time Radio Show. She enjoyed coloring & crossword books, puzzles, scrabble, caring for and playing with her dog, Beethoven, and getting together with her children weekly to play Pinnacle until her death.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Ridge; her daughter, Rosann Ridge-Bates; father, Charles Muscat; mother, Marie Muscat; son-in-law, Stephen Bates (Rosann); daughter-in-law, Anna Ridge (Ken); and brother, James Victor Muscat.

Victoria is survived by her daughters, Donna M Reyes, and Laura Ridge-Mason; sons, Robert "Bob" Ridge (Joyce Ridge), and Ken Ridge (Tracy Ridge), Melanie Wilson - adopted daughter in love; grandchildren, Cassandra Reyes (Ron Odell), Heidi Heckman (Allen Heckman), Allen Colvin (Layla Colvin), Robert Bates (Emma Myles Bates), Michael Bates (Raiza Bates), Jonell Ridge-McBriety (Eric McBriety), Don Ridge, Shannon Mason (Jennylynn Mason), William Mason (Renee Betancourt-Mason), Katielyn Mason, and Hannahle Mason; great-grandchildren, Anthony Reyes (Cathy Torres), Natalie Reyes-Tafoya (Jorge Tafoya), Cameron Heckman, Logan Heckman, Ryan Colvin, Abigail Bates, Noah Bates, Asher Bates, Nikola Mason, and Athena Mason; great-great-grandchildren, Elayna Reyes, Elisha Reyes, Skyla Reyes, Aleera Tafoya, and Marcelo Tafoya; niece and nephews, James, Carlos, Albert and Vivian Muscat.
