William LeRoy Bray

William Leroy Bray passed away peacefully on June 8, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on June 4, 1939, William was the beloved middle child, growing up with both an older and a younger sister. He was born in Gridley, California.

A proud veteran, William honorably served his country in the United States Navy. Later in life, he married his sweetheart, Carol Lee Bray, with whom he shared a devoted and loving marriage that spanned 50 wonderful years.

William is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Bray-Johnson, and his son, Mathew Bray; his cherished granddaughters, Jennessa and Asia Bray; and his treasured great-granddaughters, Nya Ekwenugo and Kamila Megher. He is also lovingly remembered by his son-in-law, Gary Johnson Jr, and lastly by his Godson and best friend, Rusty.

To those who knew him, William was more than just a husband, father, and grandfather—he was the heart of his family. His warmth, strength, and unwavering love left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to share in his life. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and all who knew him.
